These are DS Max projects where the foundation is done and the towers are rising. You can walk the site, see the quality of work and talk to the engineers, which is not possible with a project that has not started.
Sky Stanza on 3.5 acres near APC Circle has Blocks A and B going up with 465 homes planned. Samyak in Kengeri is a G+14 tower with work well under way. Sky Shlokam has two G+14 towers on 5 acres and was reported about 20% complete in August 2026. Swastika in Hennur is a low-rise G+4 community with large 3 BHK homes.
Dates vary between brochures and the RERA record. Where they differ, treat the RERA completion month as the legal handover date and plan around it.

Check the board at the gate for the RERA number, then compare it with the number on the card. Walk the roads around the site, the way to the nearest main road, and the distance to the school or office you care about.
Inside, look at the thickness of walls, the finish of the slab, the size of the lift lobby and the width of staircases. Ask for the sample flat if there is one. Photograph anything you want to ask about later.
