North Bangalore is the side of the city that stays close to the airport and the northern highways. DS Max has four projects here: Sky Sisira near Yelahanka, Sky Mangalam on Tumkur Road, Sky Shlokam at Sadahalli, and Swastika in Hennur.
This side of town has the lowest entry price. Sky Sisira starts at about ₹54.85 Lakh* for a 2 BHK, which is the lowest of all DS Max projects. Sky Mangalam and Swastika sit around ₹1 Crore*, and Sky Shlokam starts near ₹92.7 Lakh*.
The north is also where you can see DS Max building: Sky Shlokam and Swastika are under construction, so you can visit the site and see the work for yourself. Sky Sisira and Sky Mangalam are earlier-stage, with lower or early prices.
